1. Overview
At Casefinity, every product is made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is uniquely produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not hold inventory or pre-made stock.
We work with trusted production partners to ensure high-quality phone cases for iPhone and Samsung devices.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We only offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted or incorrect (wrong design, model, or item sent)
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info.casefinity@gmail.com and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will offer either a free replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyerβs remorse (changed mind)
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Wrong phone model selected at checkout
- Delays caused by international shipping carriers
- Minor color differences due to screen variations
4. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us.
We will:
- Investigate with the carrier
- Offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is already being made.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Important Notes
Casefinity is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by customs or courier services
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
