1. Order Processing Time

All Casefinity products are made to order using a print-on-demand production model.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order has been produced and packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.


2. Shipping Times (Estimated)

After production, estimated delivery times are:

  • πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Canada: 2–5 business days
  • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Australia: 2–5 business days

⚠️ These are estimated delivery times only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Casefinity offers the following shipping structure:

  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (see current promotions or minimum order threshold on site)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing times.


5. International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

International orders may be subject to customs processing. Casefinity is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import duties or taxes charged by your country

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 30 days after shipping (USA/UK orders)
  • 35 days after shipping (Canada/Australia orders)

We may offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Casefinity is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Undeliverable packages due to missing or wrong details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.


8. Multiple Items in an Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


9. Processing Delays

During peak seasons (holidays, sales, or promotional periods), production and shipping times may be slightly longer.
